Delete your data

01 What you can ask us to delete

• your contact details (name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number);
• your user account on the monitoring platform;
• WhatsApp message and delivery records linked to your number, and your opt-in record;
• enquiries you sent through our website, WhatsApp or email.

02 How to request deletion

1. Send us a request by email to noreply@monitoring-pc.com, or by WhatsApp to +962 78 826 5341, with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Tell us who you are: your full name, the email address and/or phone number you used with us, and your organisation’s name if you use the monitoring platform.
3. We confirm it’s you by replying to the email address or phone number on record, so no one else can delete your data.
4. We delete your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation when it’s done.

03 Only want to stop WhatsApp messages?

You don’t need to delete everything. Reply to any of our WhatsApp messages and ask us to stop, or remove your number from alert recipients in the platform’s notification settings. We will stop messaging you straight away.

04 What we may need to keep

Some records must be kept by law even after a deletion request, for example invoices and tax records. We keep only what is required, for as long as it is required, and do not use it for any other purpose.
