01 Acceptance
These terms apply to this website (perfect-control-jo.com), the monitoring platform at monitoring-pc.com and the notifications we send, all operated by Perfect Control. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Signed agreements or quotations with your organisation take priority over these terms where they differ.
02 Our services
We supply laboratory and medical equipment, provide calibration, testing, installation and IT services, and operate a platform that collects sensor readings and sends alerts. The scope, price and service levels for each customer are set out in the relevant quotation or agreement.
03 Platform accounts
- Your organisation is responsible for the users it creates and the phone numbers and email addresses it adds as alert recipients.
- Only add people who have agreed to receive alerts, and keep their details up to date.
- Keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
04 Alerts & notifications
Alerts are sent through third-party networks such as WhatsApp, email and mobile operators. Delivery depends on those networks, on internet and power at your site, and on sensors and gateways being installed and working correctly. Alerts help you react faster; they do not replace your own procedures, routine checks or backup equipment.
WhatsApp messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform and are also subject to WhatsApp’s terms. You can stop receiving them at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
05 Acceptable use
You must not:
- try to access accounts, devices or data that are not yours;
- interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the platform;
- use our services to send spam or unlawful content;
- share access tokens, passwords or verification codes with anyone else.
06 Equipment orders
Prices, delivery times, warranty and payment terms for equipment are confirmed in writing in each quotation. Manufacturer warranties apply as stated by the manufacturer. Please check equipment on delivery and tell us about any damage promptly.
07 Intellectual property
The website, platform software, logo and content belong to Perfect Control or its licensors. Your organisation keeps ownership of its sensor data and may export it while its subscription is active.
08 Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of third-party networks. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Jordanian law.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
10 Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.
